Music is my life....
I'm Josh. I'm 21 years old and I'm based in Charters Towers, North Queensland. I operate a solo project known as "Main Focus" which I've been running now for nearly three years. The name is based on the fact that music is my Main Focus in life, it is the career that my job supports, that I hope will bring in enough to support itself some time in the future, but at the end of the day the money is nothing, I play for the enjoyment and the rush that I get from being on stage and playing the music I love, THAT is the Main Focus.
Main Focus has primarily operated as a solo project for the years that I have been in business. Since then Main Focus has employed budding young lead guitarst Justin Husband who loves every second of being on stage just as much, if not more, than I do. So his position in Main Focus was always there, just waiting for him to find it.
In Main Focus, we aim to please our audience and give them the best live experience possible, while still playing the music that we love. We pride ourselves on playing an amazingly versatile mix of popular favourites from Michael Jackson number ones to hard hitting Blink 182 guitar riffs, from the silky smooth chords of classic Eagles tunes to modern day one hit wonders, we cover all bases!
